Een organisatie voor sociale werkvoorzieningen zoekt een trajectbegeleider die impact wil maken op de levens van kwetsbare mensen. In deze rol coach je deelnemers en maak je samen een realistisch plan naar werk of opleiding. Je hebt een hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Social Work, en ervaring met psychische kwetsbaarheid. Dit is een parttime functie van 20-24 uur per week in Den Haag met een salaris tussen € 3.344 en € 4.983 op basis van 36 uur.
