Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een activiteitenbegeleider voor het welzijn van bewoners. Je organiseert diverse groeps- en individuele activiteiten en kijkt daarbij goed naar de behoeften van de bewoners. Met een MBO-4 diploma sociaal werk en minstens een jaar ervaring in de ouderenzorg kun je bijdragen aan een warme en sociale omgeving.
