Een maatschappelijke organisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een gedreven CJG-coach. In deze rol ondersteun je gezinnen bij opvoed- en opgroeiproblemen door te netwerken met scholen en sociale wijkteams. Je helpt ouders en kinderen regie te nemen over hun leven, met aandacht voor hun talentontwikkeling en systeemgerichte aanpak. Deze rol vereist een HBO-opleiding en ervaring in de jeugdzorg is een pré. Flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid binnen het team zijn essentieel, evenals de bereidheid tot verdere ontwikkeling.
