Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle - proactively driving new outbound opportunities while expertly closing inbound leads to expand our growing Apadmi Benelux Portfolio.

Overview
As a Sales Executive, you’ll join our European team to drive growth across the Benelux market. This is a full‑cycle role: you’ll be responsible for qualifying and closing incoming leads, while also proactively building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting. To succeed here, you need to be fluent in Dutch and ready to take full ownership of the sales process from first contact to close.

Responsibilities
You’ll take full ownership of the Benelux sales cycle, driving growth by balancing inbound lead qualification with proactive outbound prospecting. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will execute targeted campaigns for Apadmi Benelux with an additional focus on our Media portfolio, managing every stage of the process from initial contact to closing the deal.

What You’ll Be Working On

Understanding the Apadmi propositions with a special interest in our ... and examples of the digital solutions we have delivered for our corporate and enterprise clients

The ability to articulate the Apadmi story either face to face or over the phone to excite and interest new prospects

Collaborate with the European Sales team to profile specific industry focused lead generation campaigns

Full‑Cycle Sales Ownership:
Manage the entire sales process in the Benelux market, from first contact through to closing.

Inbound & Outbound Execution:
Actively qualify incoming leads while building your own pipeline through proactive, targeted prospecting.

Pipeline Management:
Take ownership of initial prospect engagement and ensure a consistent flow of qualified meetings and opportunities.

Market Expansion:
Act as a key driver for Apadmi’s growth in the Netherlands, leveraging your Dutch fluency to build local partnerships.

What You’ll Bring To The Team
While experience in a digital consultancy or software development environment is a strong advantage, we’re more interested in your sales mindset.

QUALITIES

Fluent in Dutch:
Essential for driving growth and managing the Benelux market.

B2B Digital

Experience:

Experience in a B2B sales environment, specifically within tech or digital solutions.

Proven closer:
Of nationally known brands and/or companies in the "upper MKB segment". Ideally experience closing complex deals over 100K euros in value

Strategic Prospecting: A proactive and inventive approach to generating new outbound opportunities.

Process‑Driven: A methodical approach to managing a high‑volume pipeline without losing sight of the details.

Pitching:
Confident in pitching solutions and nurturing leads through the sales cycle to successfully close opportunities.

Commercially Sharp: A strong sense of business awareness and how to drive value.

Target‑Driven:
