About You
The Partnerships intern is responsible for supporting the partnerships team in maximising the relationships that we have with our 350+ partners to ensure financially sustainable partnerships and the delivery of gold standard auctions for our fans and collectors.

What You’ll Do

Managing the auction process for specific teams from start to finish to ensure premium output on the platform

Tracking the performance of our partnerships and creating presentations to feedback to our partners

Working with other internal departments (marketing, operations, technology) to ensure a streamlined process for auction and partnership management

Taking the lead on auction management for teams within specific key markets - this could include Italy, UK, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, France, the Nordics and Eastern Europe. Assignment to teams will depend on candidate fit.

Perform data analysis to help track the performance of our partnerships

Lead on platform quality control ensuring consistent gold standard output for our partner auctions

What You Bring

A highly driven and an efficient communicator, you must be able to effectively articulate your thoughts, initiatives and feedback to the other stakeholders in the organisation

You are pro-active with a self-motivating mindset and self-starter mentality

Must have strong commercial acumen

An excellent understanding of our business and the market in which we operate is key: your passion must lie at the intersection of sports, fan culture and commercial growth

Must be a team player who is eager to learn and willing to support all team members

Qualifications And Experience

Relevant experience and interest in commercial sports

Studying towards a degree in sports business or another relevant field

You’re enrolled at a university in The Netherlands or are in possession of an EU passport

You’re available for a fulltime 5 or 6 month internship starting in September.
