Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business opportunities
Drive revenue growth through consultative selling of food ingredients (ideally savoury)
Build relationships with R&D, procurement, and commercial stakeholders at customer organisations
Partner with internal technical and R&D teams to translate customer needs into solutions
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, trials support, pricing, negotiation, and closing
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
Requirements (must-haves)
Located in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
Preferably living within ~1 hour of Amsterdam
Proven B2B sales experience in food or food ingredients
Confident operating in a technical/solution-selling environment
Nice to Have
Background in savoury (seasonings, flavour systems, functional ingredients, etc.)
Exposure to fermentation-derived ingredients / biotech-enabled portfolios
Strong network across European food manufacturers
