The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant , you treat the market like your arena. You’ll connect high-caliber professionals with innovators across Med-Tech, Bio Tech, AI, and Medical Devices . You’ll run the full sales cycle , from client acquisition to delivering exceptional talent, all this while building durable relationships and making strategic, high-impact placements .
What you’ll do
Drive new business: map high-value markets, identify key partners, and build strong alliances in Life Sciences.
Run end-to-end searches: from sourcing and assessment to offer design, negotiation, and onboarding follow-through.
Build your brand: develop a recognized personal brand in your niche - trusted, credible, and consistent.
Shape partnerships: act as a strategic advisor, anticipate needs, and deliver tailored solutions that stick.
