Position Overview
Business Development Associate (BDA) for EMEA/DACH, Language:
German, English. At Piano, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and cultivate new business opportunities for the Analytics product line within the Banking sector across EMEA. This enterprise-level role requires strategic thinking and a proactive approach to engaging with large accounts. You will play a crucial role in gathering insights and delivering frontline feedback from prospects, contributing significantly to the growth of our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Generate early-stage leads through diverse engagement methods, including calls, emails, social media outreach, and follow-up from events.

Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects to establish meaningful connections with Analytics stakeholders.

Utilize your understanding of Piano Analytics to illustrate how our solutions address specific business challenges faced by enterprise clients.

Work with Sales and Marketing to identify priority campaigns and develop strategic outreach plans to optimize engagement.

Employ creative strategies to engage clients, including product launches, feature announcements, published research, company news, partnerships, and future initiatives.

Leverage marketing channels—such as website, conferences, webinars, content marketing—to engage prospects through their buying journey.

Build and nurture a professional network on Linked In Sales Navigator to identify ideal prospects, establish trusted relationships, and convert leads into enterprise-level sales.

Use tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, and Sales Loft to target, sequence, and forecast opportunities in the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in outbound opportunity generation, preferably with enterprise-level SaaS solutions.

Goal-oriented mindset, independent and self-motivated.

Familiarity with digital analytics and/or the Banking sector is a plus.

Must reside in the Amsterdam, Netherlands area.
