About the Position
As a Sales Trainer , you will strengthen Stokke’s global commercial capabilities by designing and delivering impactful training, onboarding, and coaching programmes. Your work ensures that our global sales teams are equipped with the skills, product knowledge, and systems expertise needed to represent Stokke with excellence. This position is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and reports to the Sales Development Manager .
Main Responsibilities
Engage with Vision & Passion
Champion a consistent and high‑quality sales training experience across all global regions.
Bring Stokke’s brand, values, and product stories to life through compelling, engaging training experiences.
Act as a trusted partner to sales leaders, helping shape a skilled, confident, and customer‑centric sales force.
Strategise, Implement, Test & Learn
Lead comprehensive onboarding for new sales team members—ensuring they are fully equipped with product knowledge, selling tools, and Stokke’s commercial principles.
Design and deliver training programmes in selling techniques, product expertise, and ongoing capability development.
Drive cross‑regional capability‑building initiatives, such as the Commercial Excellence Program , ensuring continuous skill growth.
Provide regular digital coaching and occasional field co‑visits to reinforce learning and best practices.
Work with the Sales Development Manager and Product Marketing to align training plans with business priorities and upcoming product launches.
Accuracy, Optimise & Automate
Serve as the master user for Power BI and Sales Systems—delivering foundational and advanced training to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
Optimise reporting structures and system usage, applying best practices across regions.
Support system transitions, collaborating with IT to introduce new functionalities, features, and enhancements.
Troubleshoot system challenges for sales teams, proposing improvements and coordinating solutions with IT and external developers.
Provide clear, accurate reporting and insights on sales performance to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate & Report Like a Pro
Partner effectively across Sales, Product Marketing, IT, and global markets to ensure consistent, high‑quality training coverage.
Communicate training plans, progress, and impact through clear updates, dashboards, and reports.
Build strong relationships across teams and regions, inspiring collaboration and a shared commitment to continuous development.
Stay travel‑ready to support global markets as needed.

Experience Required
Education
Commercial education or relevant experience; no specific specialisation required.
Experience & Skills
Experience in sales training, onboarding, or capability development.
Strong analytical skills, especially within sales environments.
Ability to design and deliver engaging, impactful training experiences.
Ideally, experience with selective distribution or premium consumer brands.
Excellent coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Independent, proactive working style with strong team‑building ability.
Fluent in business English .
Flexibility and readiness for global travel .
