What you will do
As part of a comprehensive 6-month junior program, you will play a pivotal role in conducting outreach and prospecting activities, primarily through cold calling and client meetings. Collaborating closely with seasoned sales traders, you will receive dedicated support and participate in structured training sessions tailored to enhance your skill set. Through active involvement in your professional development, OTC Flow offers a unique opportunity for you to expand your knowledge base and refine your skills, providing a solid foundation for advancing your career trajectory.
Main responsibilities
Proactively build your client portfolio through direct prospecting via cold calling and networking;
Communicate with clients through phone, online and face-to-face meetings to understand their business needs;
Identify trade opportunities and support in executing them;
Serve as the primary source of information for your contacts;
Provide daily pricing and insights to market actors through messaging systems;
Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments;
Stay informed about the products being traded and current on new products and procedures;
Be responsible for achieving your own revenue (PnL) target;
Your skills
Native speaker of German/French/Dutch, one or more Nordic language, and together with fluent English;
At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, trading, business development, account management, or similar client-facing roles;
Strong communication and negotiation skills; cold calling experience is a big plus;
Dedicated to achieving high targets early in your professional career;
Proactive, resilient, and ambitious;
