We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join Coty`s Sales team for the Europe Distributor Markets.
In the Sales Team for our European Distributor Markets (EDM), we are responsible for our Prestige and Consumer Beauty business in 40 countries in EMEA. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated sales managers and together with our colleagues from the broader multifunctional EDM organization we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with 300 M consumers.
We do this in close collaboration with our distributor and retail partners, and we cover a wide range of different business models. Responsibilities The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales development and key account management in assigned region across CEE - Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the Baltic countries. You are the central liaison between the distributor(s) and multifunctional teams and have a strategic mindset with a strong vision on how to win in-store and online.
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the financial targets (Net Revenue and Profitability) for their respective accounts, including alignment and execution of the Joint Business Plan (JBP), with clear strategic priorities and building blocks by brand. The scope covers the entire Coty portfolio, including Prestige and Consumer Beauty products.
This position will report into the Cluster Leader and is located in Amsterdam (Netherlands).
Sales Align annual Joint Business Plan with your respective account(s), prioritizing market share and sustainable growth
Deliver the annual Gross Sales and Net Revenue Targets.
Own and manage trade investment budget, aiming at effectively deploy investments in a profitable manner.
Collaborate with distributors to optimize pricing structures, enhance operational efficiency, and expand portfolio and distribution channels for mutual growth.
Constantly review Shipments-To-Trade and Sell Out performance to identify risks or opportunities to grow business.
Analyze inventory levels in Trade and at the Distributor warehouse, identifying opportunities to optimize stock management and reduce inefficiencies.
Regularly evaluate trade plans to maximize market share growth.
Effectively collaborate in a multifunctional environment with marketing, trade marketing, finance and supply teams.
Legal Agree on contractual terms for new distributors
Maintain compliance with selective distribution agreements in collaboration with our distributors.
Execute Perfect Store Deliver perfect store step change based on closing identified gaps across 4
Ps.
Execute distribution strategy focusing on growing channels
Distributor enablement Deploy precise guidance with clear brand positioning and go to market per brand
Serve Distributor with excellence on commercial readiness and product supply service level
Maximize the presence in the field with regular market visits (10-20% travel component)
Build strong relationships by sharing win-win strategies

Requirements Other than that, you have:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
5 years’ of experience within the sales function with key account management background or trade marketing background.
Track record of driving sales and maintaining brand personality and values.
Prior experience with Distributor is preferable
