Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid – 4 days per week in the office, 1 day from home)

Your Mission
As an Account Executive for the German market , you will play a key role in expanding the presence of a fast-growing international B2B growth partner operating in the technology and management services space.
You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and closing to long-term customer development, working closely with senior decision-makers and helping your clients build sustainable business partnerships.
Your Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and approach potential customers to build and manage a strong sales pipeline across the DACH region
Proactively generate new business via phone, Linked In, and email outreach
Conduct consultative sales conversations, uncovering customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
Take full ownership of the sales process from first contact through contract negotiation and closing
Build trust-based, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Develop and grow existing accounts in close collaboration with the Customer Success team
Work closely with internal teams to align goals, share insights, and ensure high service quality
Stay informed about market trends and continuously deepen your industry knowledge
Your Profile
Proven success in B2B sales (ideally 2–5 years; strong junior profiles will also be considered)
A proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality
Ability to build credibility and long-term customer relationships
Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English
What Is Offered
Attractive compensation package including fixed salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses
On-target earnings of up to approximately €86,500 per year , depending on experience and results
