Are you a natural dealmaker with a passion for IT, innovation, and building new client relationships from the ground up? At SIG, we’re looking for a New Business Hunter to join our Net New Names (NNN) team and drive commercial growth with our unique platform – Sigrid®.

How we work
Leads are generated by marketing, partners, consultants who work at the customer’s premises or by the Sales Executive’s own network.
After an initial visit (or call) with the client about their issues and needs, an internal business development starts together with a lead consultant.
A proposal is drafted and presented to the client, and the deal is struck if all goes well.
Of course, the sales department works with state‑of‑the‑art processes and tools (like Salesforce).
Where you come in achieving
Set targets as a New Business Hunter; you’re the catalyst for growth in our NNN team. You will proactively identify, engage, and convert new mid‑market and enterprise clients – from initial outreach to signed contracts.
Build and nurture new client relationships with a focus on long‑term strategic value.
Position SIG’s unique value proposition around software quality, security, and digital resilience.
Collaborate with marketing, consultants, and solution experts to shape winning proposals.
Manage a small portfolio of existing accounts with potential for upsell and cross‑sell.
Report to the Head of Sales and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
Strategy – Expand market share
Follow up on sales enquiries and drive the entire sales cycle from cold calling to contract negotiation across the region.

Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role – ideally in IT, SaaS, or consulting.
Affinity with software development, digital transformation, or software quality (a plus).
Hunter mindset – energized by outreach, new propositions, and building relationships from scratch.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills – able to engage with C-level decision‑makers.
Self‑starter with discipline, drive, and high energy.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect and customer organisations, including C‑level and internally across the business.
Hands‑on mentality to deliver business.
Degree in business administration with a technical background, or a degree in technical sciences with management or sales.
