They are now looking for a Head of Sales, DACH & Eastern Europe to join their European Sales team. Reporting to the EU CEO and Group CRO, this person will focus on creating sustainable revenue growth through strategic leadership and top-level sales execution.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing the regional sales strategy, achieving revenue targets, and originating new business opportunities with key clients. It involves close collaboration with senior leadership to drive success across the region, with significant impact on commercial outcomes and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the DACH and Eastern Europe sales plan with clear revenue and KPI targets, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner to clients.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Establish and maintain world-class sales processes (forecasting, pipeline management, territory and account planning).
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, prospects, and partners to drive market traction.
Develop and manage a regional partner ecosystem to strengthen sales effectiveness.
Provide strategic pricing and sales recommendations to the leadership team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support client management and share market insights for product development.
After establishing a strong pipeline and client base, build and lead a regional sales team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Profile
Extensive B2B sales and client management experience in banking, fintech, or payments , selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders.
Strong sales strategy experience with a track record of achieving commercial goals.
International experience in Europe, ideally covering DACH or Eastern Europe.
Fluent in English and German is a plus.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
