Because we are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager – Luxury, Lifestyle and Leisure for our two Amsterdam properties!

- Implementing sales action plans across the three transient segments you will have the accountability for:
Luxury, Lifestyle and Leisure; - Pre‑qualifying and targeting prospects, utilizing hotel database and developing appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share;
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with clients and the consortia’s programs, constantly exploring new business opportunities and sourcing for information in regards to planned and upcoming functions/events;
- Carefully planning sales calls, ensuring usage of our objectives, principles, and philosophies;
- Ensuring professional sales calls as per Hyatt Sales Trainings;
- Ensuring a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications;
- Entertaining and conducting hotel inspections to relevant representatives/delegates whenever required;
- Professionally conducting routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities. Follows up sales leads to identify prospect;
- Meeting and greeting VIP guests upon arrival/departure;
- Planning and making sales trips to current and potential clientele;
- Liaising and working closely with other departments, ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met;
- Handling guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems, and ensuring that the necessary follow‑up is conducted in a timely manner;
- Being knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations;
- Ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manuals as well as electronic, is maintained at all times;
- Maintain complete and supported records in all Hyatt systems of all sales activities, agreements, contracts and quotations for the hotel;
- Establish an efficient trace file to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked;
- Submit sales report to Cluster Director of Sales in a timely manner;
- Providing accurate reporting of business booked for monthly consolidation.
