Join our rapidly growing team as a Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts across EMEA. We are a dynamic company at the forefront of cloud technology, empowering businesses worldwide to maximize the benefits of our innovative solutions.
What You’ll Do
As a highly driven and energetic Sales Executive , you will leverage your expertise in business applications sales to drive software deals in mid-market and large accounts. In this role, you will contribute to our growth ambitions in EMEA. Your focus will be on winning new clients and utilizing your next-level, digitally-enabled sales capabilities to sell our cloud add-on solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&SCM) and Life Sciences / Food Solutions .
You will also have a leading role in the Regional Revenue Team and work closely with a Partner Development Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Marketing Manager to develop a growing business in your region.
Responsibilities
Own and achieve revenue targets for software sales in your region.
Develop and manage the region by selling our Dynamics 365 Life LS/Food solution directly to customers or through our network of partners.
Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Partner Development Manager and Customer Success Manager in your region to drive market growth and achieve mutual goals.
Build a sustainable and robust pipeline, ensuring CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and effective account planning.
Become a subject matter expert for one of our portfolio solutions, working closely with Marketing, Product Management and Pre‑sales to drive relevant solutions and revenue growth in all regions.
Craft compelling proposals grounded in business impacts, providing clear reasons to act.
Negotiate terms and contracts to successfully close deals.
What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)
A minimum of 6+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the Microsoft ISV network and ERP LS/Food solutions. Deep knowledge of the Life Sciences / Food industry.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and develop your region using our industry‑leading solutions.
Proficiency in cloud sales, including optimizing Total Contract Value.
Self‑starter and go‑getter who can work independently while also being a great team player.
Willingness to continuously improve and develop yourself and your team.
Consultative and challenger selling techniques, capable of articulating value and conviction around the business case for win‑win partnerships.
Ability to engage and build strong, trusting relationships with decision‑makers and key influencers in customer and partner communities.
Strong deal qualification skills and expertise in win strategy formulation and execution. Familiarity with sales/qualification methods like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC is ideal.
Skilled in proposal preparation, negotiating terms and contracts, including software, services, and support. Ability to assess strategic business case drivers, discover opportunities, and develop value propositions and win strategies.
