Important:
The first interview will be conducted in English, but fluent Dutch is required, as you’ll be speaking daily with restaurant owners across the Netherlands.

What You’ll Be Doing Recruiting new restaurant partners and welcoming them into the Order
YOYO community
Making outbound calls to restaurants across the Netherlands
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing partners
Generating leads and booking meetings for Business Development Managers
Working closely with field BDMs to help partners succeed with their branded app and website
Upselling marketing packages to increase partner revenue
Working towards clear targets and KPIs to maximise performance and bonuses
Bringing energy to the team and encouraging healthy, friendly competition
What We’re Looking For Confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people
Highly motivated individuals who want to earn commission
Telesales experience is a bonus but not essential – full training provided
Self-starters with drive and initiative
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a never-give-up mentality
Strong personality, energy, and enthusiasm – we value attitude as much as skill
