Implement market segmentation strategies to identify and target the most promising customers for Vadigran.
Conduct daily visits to specialized pet stores and larger key accounts to promote Vadigran's products and establish strong business relationships.
Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies, ensuring a win-win outcome in every business deal.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Work collaboratively with the CSO to achieve best-in-class sales execution and exceed targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather market insights and enhance product offerings.
When will it match? Following experience & skills are necessary:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related economical studies.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
IT skills with Microsoft Office, CRM & SaaS tools.
Passion for pets and a genuine interest in the Petcare industry.
Proven entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.
5 years Sales experience in similar environment.
Resilience and solutions-minded mindset are a must.
Strong track record of delivering results.
Hungry to win, willing to embrace the challenge with limited resources, persistent.
