Purpose of the role To lead the “Region” OEM Automotive sales to build and deliver sales QCS to the company operating plan. Additionally the Regional OEM Manager will work to ensure OEM Prospect and Customer satisfaction at all stages of the customer lifecycle
Key
Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for creating an annual Sales and Business Plans and providing forecasts and revisions as appropriate
Responsible for meeting and exceeding all OEM sales objectives
Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Regional annual operating plan
Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives and OEM agreements with all relevant functional departments in the company
In coordination with the Sales Director, establishes both market and OEM target customer strategies for the Company
Works with the Accounts Receivable department to ensure monies owing over 60 days are minimised
Works with the Sales Manager and IMR liaison Associates to ensure Keyloop maximises its opportunities.
Courts third parties to ensure Keyloop is represented (often in person) at OEM events and conferences.
As a key part of the management team is expected to contribute to the performance of the business as a whole
