About

The Role

Sales Training:
You will lead the delivery of comprehensive and engaging sales training for our field BDMs, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel their roles.

Individual

Coaching:

Provide personal coaching and mentoring, giving tailored feedback and support so your team members can reach their full potential and exceed performance targets.

On-site Support:
Spend 4 days a week with our Sales Managers in the field, providing hands‑on assistance, observing customer interactions, and giving real‑time feedback to boost sales effectiveness.

Strategic

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement region‑specific sales strategies that align with overall business goals and maximize sales performance.

Performance Evaluation:
Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to track individual and team progress and identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Training Material Development:
Collaborate with the L&D Manager to create and enhance training materials, resources, and tools, keeping them up‑to‑date with evolving sales requirements.

Minimum English & Dutch Level: B2
