Global Sales Lead – Inventory & Distribution (Payments Hardware) – Amsterdam
Our client is an international trader and distributor of POS payment terminals and hardware, operating across 40+ countries with strong infrastructure in Europe and the US. With nearly two decades of experience in payments hardware, they support partners through intelligent procurement, global distribution, and large-scale inventory management. They are now hiring a commercially driven Global Sales Lead in Amsterdam to accelerate international revenue and strategically move inventory across markets.
Asa Global Sales Lead, you will:
- Drive global sales of POS terminals and related hardware solutions
- Build and manage relationships with international clients and distribution partners
- Identify commercial opportunities to move inventory across regions efficiently
- Develop sales strategies aligned with stock availability and market demand
- Collaborate closely with sourcing and operations to match supply with opportunity
- Support pricing decisions using market and inventory insights
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and full-cycle deal execution
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and inventory turnover objectives
- Represent the business professionally in client meetings and industry engagements
Required Skills:
- Proven B2B sales experience within payments hardware, POS, or related distribution environments
- Strong commercial instinct and confidence in negotiating and closing deals
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to leverage inventory data and market trends to identify opportunities
- Experience operating across international markets is advantageous
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
- Direct impact on global revenue performance
- Exposure to international trade, logistics, and payment technology
- High ownership in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Close collaboration with commercial, sourcing, and operations teams
