You’ll lead our B2B sales strategy, manage key markets and partners and guide our wholesale team to the next level. From trade fairs to agent networks, from key accounts to sales analytics, you connect the dots, raise the bar and make sure we don’t just grow, but grow well.

Wholesale is a core growth engine for O My Bag and we see a significant opportunity to expand and strengthen our global partnerships. We’re looking for someone who can open doors, structure strong commercial relationships and turn market potential into long‑term growth.
Within wholesale, our focus is on building a scalable engine that supports brand‑building, revenue growth and qualitative distribution, always close to the consumer and the reality of the retail floor.
Your Role & Responsibilities Channel Ownership & Strategy- Take full responsibility for the wholesale P&L, margin performance and long‑term revenue growth
- Define and execute the global wholesale strategy in line with our brand and commercial ambition
- Set clear market priorities and build a scalable growth roadmap
- Balance expansion with qualitative distribution and brand positioning
- Build a wholesale engine that is predictable, disciplined and future‑proof
- Drive new business across key markets while elevating existing partnerships
- Lead high‑level key account negotiations and structure strong commercial agreements
- Expand and sharpen our agent and distributor network
Identify white‑space opportunities and unlock new markets - Implement clear segmentation and commercial frameworks (pricing, terms, margin logic)
- Turn retail feedback and consumer insights into action
- Make sure forecasts are realistic and that we know what’s coming before it hits us
- Steer hero assortment performance, door productivity, and sell‑through
- Translate data into sharp commercial decisions
- Ensure wholesale becomes a scalable and insight‑driven channel
- Lead and develop the wholesale team
- Set ambitious but clear targets through OKRs
- Raise the commercial bar: build structure, accountability and a performance‑driven culture
- Strengthen commercial capabilities across markets
- Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Product, Marketing and Retail
- Align closely with Product on hero families, assortment architecture and SKU productivity
- Partner with Marketing on trade marketing, sell‑out initiatives and market activations
- Collaborate with VM and Creative teams to elevate in‑store brand presentation
- Ensure wholesale insights influence product and brand decisions
- Lead trade fair strategy, presence and execution
- Elevate showroom experience and brand presentation
- Optimize conversion, follow‑up and long‑term relationship building

About you- Fluent in Dutch (native) and English, both written and spoken.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in wholesale sales or business development in fashion, lifestyle, or accessories.
- A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.
- Experience in working with international agents and distributors.
- Willingness and availability to travel (at least twice a year) for trade fairs and sales events.
