International Senior Account Executive

Build and scale the international market for Circular IT Group. Senior role focused on new business, complex B2B deals, and circular IT.

Are you a senior B2B sales professional who enjoys opening new doors and building international relationships? Circular IT Group is looking for an experienced account executive to grow our international customer base.

You’ll focus on English-speaking markets and international accounts, helping organisations adopt circular IT solutions that extend the lifecycle of their IT equipment.

Develop new business in international and English-speaking markets.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Build long-term relationships with international customers.

Translate customer needs into sustainable IT solutions.

Collaborate with marketing and inside sales on leads and campaigns.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

5+ years of experience in B2B sales.

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

Comfortable selling internationally and working across cultures.

Strong closer with a consultative mindset.

Self-starting and results-driven.

Based in or willing to work from the Amsterdam region.

Experience in IT, hardware, or technology-related services is a plus, not a requirement. What matters most is your ability to sell complex solutions and build credibility with decision-makers.

A base salary between €4,000 and €5,000 per month (annual €48,000 - €60,000), depending on experience.

An uncapped performance-based bonus with a realistic OTE.
