In this coordinating role, the focus is on ensuring a smooth order process for international customers.
Over de vacature:Are you a true organizer with a sharp eye for detail? In this coordinating role, you ensure that the entire order process for international customers runs smoothly from start to finish.
You process sales orders and carefully prepare the required documentation in the system. In addition, you manage inventory and compile pick lists. You maintain accurate administrative records and create pro forma invoices, which you then register in the EDI system (Electronic Data Interchange).
On a daily basis, you liaise with German retailers, sales representatives, the warehouse, and customers. With your enthusiasm, clear communication, and proactive attitude, you contribute to a smooth, customer-focused order handling process.
Wat wij vragen:- You have relevant administrative work experience
- You have a good command of both German and English, spoken and written
- You have strong communication skills, are decisive, and solution-oriented
- Direct employment
- A varied role (32–40 hours) within an international, dynamic organization
- A starting salary between €2,900 and €3,400
