We have 5 sustainable hotels, 1 organic restaurants and 4 coffee bars within Conscious Hotels, and together with Hotel V & The Lobby we have grown to a total of 9 hotels and 3 restaurants. • You will be the first point of contact for all B2B requests;

• You take care of the relationship with our corporate partners;

• You are not shy to make warm and cold phone calls;

• You are part of elaborating the loyalty program;

• From the first moment of contact, a tour around the hotel, collaboration agreement, loyalty program and aftersales - you manage the entire process;

• You are the driving force behind the growth of B2B-sales and the overall brand awareness of Conscious Group;

• You are the new face of Conscious Group for partners and business guests.

• You won’t see this one coming: you have an affinity with sustainability and the hotel industry;

• You’ve been around for a while, preferably 2-4 years in a similar position;

• You have successfully built up and maintained B2B-partnerships before;

• You are open, communicative strong and very social and enterprising;

• You have an eye for opportunities, challenges and are not afraid of media;

• You are well organized and have a broad network;

• You are available for at least 38/40 hours a week;

• You have a passion for sustainability and want to work for a sustainable company;

• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently;

• You preferably live in or near Amsterdam.

• We offer a suitable salary according to the collective labour agreement for hospitality in reference scale 8;

• Travel allowance based on the distance between home and work (min. 15 km);
