Following the success of our flagship store in Stockholm, we are expanding across Europe and opening our first international boutique in Amsterdam – a retail space that will bring the full Ninepine experience to life. The Role – Store Manager Amsterdam  We’re looking for a strong, self-driven, and inspiring Store Manager to lead our new boutique from launch to daily excellence. You’ll have the unique opportunity to build your own team, shape the in-store experience, and grow Ninepine’s presence in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.
As Store Manager, you will:
Lead the Amsterdam store opening and create an unforgettable customer experience.
Build, train and motivate a diverse, positive and high-energy team.
Drive sales performance and profitability through data-driven decisions and smart actions.
Deliver exceptional service that turns visitors into loyal brand advocates.
Ensure a premium visual and sensory environment that reflects Ninepine’s design ethos.
Oversee operations — from inventory and staffing to budgets and daily routines — with precision and care.
Act as Ninepine’s ambassador locally, representing our innovative spirit and Scandinavian roots.
Who You Are   Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager, preferably within premium retail.
A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and empowers others.
Obsessed with customer experience, quality, and community.
Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable using data to make decisions.
Organised, adaptable, and confident in setting priorities.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Excited to grow with a fast-scaling, tech-driven brand that believes in comfort as the new luxury.
