As a Sales Consultant, you embody the spirit of Carrera y Carrera, welcoming every guest into the Maison’s universe of artistry and emotion. You build meaningful client relationships through expert guidance, refined presence, and genuine care, ensuring a seamless luxury experience across both boutique and digital channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Relationship Owner

Provides exceptional customer service and nurtures long‑term relationships.

Understands CRM objectives and actively engages in initiatives to achieve them.

Works consistently with appointments to retain top clients and meet individual sales goals.

Executes personalised outreach campaigns and uses clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks.

Grows the client portfolio using strategic selling techniques and development plans.

Maintains strong product and collection knowledge and supports new joiners.

Retains at least 10% of the client base year over year.

Develops at least 10% of the client book annually.

Consistently exceeds sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.

2. Omnichannel Business Partner

Delivers outstanding customer service and improves personal performance.

Uses omnichannel services to drive cross‑channel sales.

Understands boutique and individual KPI targets and works to achieve them.

Completes training and participates in commercial activities.

Remains aware of the trading environment and competitor activity.

Leads by example to elevate performance and customer experience.

Helps the team reach boutique and individual targets.

3. Operations Excellence Supporter

Ensures an impeccable boutique environment, BOH organisation, and flawless grooming.

Reports repair needs to maintain a luxurious environment.

Follows store and BOH guidelines and participates in inventories.

Supports after‑sales clients with seamless follow‑up.

Complies with policies and operational standards.

Assists management with tasks and acts as point of contact during absence.

PROFILE

2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or premium fashion.

Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and clienteling skills.

Goal‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative.

Elegance, discretion, and genuine passion for jewelry and craftsmanship.
