Located at the boutique lifestyle hotel Sir Albert, IZAKAYA is part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP: known for redefining modern hospitality. To support our morning operations, we are currently looking for a service-minded Waiter/Waitress for the breakfast service.

The Role
As a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress at IZAKAYA, you ensure our guests start their day with a warm welcome, delicious breakfast, and great service. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, serving hot drinks, and making sure everything runs smoothly during the morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet with care and attention to detail

• Welcome guests and assist them during their breakfast experience

• Serve coffee, tea, and à la carte breakfast dishes when required

• Clear and reset tables, ensuring a clean and organized space

• Restock buffet items and support the kitchen with light preparations

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team

• Respond to guest questions or needs with a positive attitude

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or breakfast service is a plus

• Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude

• Comfortable working early mornings (starting around 6:30 AM)

• Fluent in English;
  Dutch is a plus

• Well-presented, reliable, and a team player

• Living in (or near) Amsterdam and eligible to work in the Netherlands
