As a barista at Starbucksyoudeliverlegendarycustomer service, but above all the best coffee for our customers. With your positive ’cando’ attitude and your personal interactions, you will speak to every customer with a big smile. You know exactly how to connect with our customers, and you discover quicklythereneeds and wishes. You also consistently deliver quality drinks according to Starbucks recipe and presentation standards.

You act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes Starbucks culture, values and mission.

• No experience? No problem!
• You speak fluent English and Dutch.
• You are flexible (no “9-5”, weekends freedom mentality).
• You are eager to learn and pick things up quickly.
• You quickly make a personal connection with colleagues and customers.

• Flexible working hours (16 or 24 hours, Monday to Sunday).
• All-in salary of €14,71 per hour when you are 21 years or older, based on a full-time contract your monthly salary is €2.560,90.
• Annual bonus based on years of employment at Starbucks Netherlands.
• Recognition program based on partner engagement and outstanding performance.
• Premium allowance of 5% on top of your salary when you work at a high volume store.

• You will get a 7 months contract with 1 month probation time.
