E-commerce & Marketing Operations Intern

As a growing, purpose-driven brand, we’re looking for an E-commerce & Marketing Operations Intern who wants to gain hands‑on experience across webshop operations, CRM and paid marketing.

In this internship, you’ll work closely with our E-commerce, CRM and Digital Marketing teams
, supporting day‑to‑day execution while learning how a premium fashion brand runs its online business from end to end.

• Support the Second Chances / Pre-Loved process
  , from intake and inspection to listing and dispatch

• Work with the Circlestack resale platform to manage arrivals, product checks and gift cards

• Assist with care treatments, quality control and creating product listings

• Photograph and edit Pre-Loved items

• Prepare items for shipment (labels, tags, packaging, Monta)

• Support webshop updates and product creation in Shopify

• Assist with website copywriting, translations and content updates

• Monitor stock levels, redirects and order handling

• Build website pages and blogs based on marketing input

• Support the execution of email campaigns (newsletters, launches, promotions)

• Assist with managing and updating email flows (welcome, post‑purchase, abandoned cart, loyalty)

• Help create and update email content (copy, imagery and links)

• Support audience segmentation and targeting

• Test emails before send-out and help monitor performance

• Ensure website content and product availability align with active campaigns

• Support the execution of paid campaigns across channels (e.g. Meta, Google)

• Assist in preparing product selections for campaigns

• Help ensure webshop readiness for paid traffic (landing pages, product pages, redirects)

• Coordinate imagery, copy and URLs with the Marketing team

• Monitor stock availability to avoid promoting out-of-stock items

• Share webshop insights to support campaign optimisation

• You’re a student or recent graduate in Marketing, E-commerce, Fashion, Business or a related field

• You’re eager to learn and enjoy working hands‑on

• You’re organised, detail-oriented and proactive

• You have an interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and sustainability

• You communicate clearly in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Experience with Shopify, email tools or image editing is a plus, but not required

• A paid internship with real responsibility and learning opportunities

• Hands‑on experience across e-commerce operations, CRM and paid marketing

• Close guidance from experienced e-commerce and marketing professionals
