Amazon Key and Ring teams are shaping the future of home and business security. We’re seeking an AI Creative and Content Manager with proven experience in AI‑driven creative automation to build our creative capabilities and deliver exceptional customer‑facing material. Based in Amsterdam, you’ll drive international creative projects and build innovative AI solutions that transform how we operate and interact with our customers.

• Lead the creation and rollout of AI‑powered creative solutions and AI agents across global markets, transforming how we design and scale content
• Produce engaging visual and digital assets rooted in deep customer insight
• Build and continuously improve AI creative systems and agents that unlock speed, efficiency, and global consistency
• Champion world‑class creative standards across multiple regions and channels
• Own the creative localization process to ensure relevance and cultural resonance in every market
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver breakthrough work that elevates brand experience

A day in the life:
This role blends strategic vision with hands‑on creative craft. You’ll partner with product teams, commercial leaders, and agencies to deliver high‑impact content that fuels customer acquisition and brand preference. Your innovations will shape how we scale creative excellence globally, drive meaningful business results, and lead the evolution of AI in marketing for the future of secure living.

The Amazon Key team sits within the Amazon Devices team alongside Ring and other Home Security teams. Key is a uniquely cross‑functional team within Amazon, and often serves as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping. We are the bridge between device management and physical services, and our team indexes highly on ownership and collaboration. We have lots of stakeholders, and we have relentlessly high standards for our high‑visibility programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Communications, or an equivalent industry
• Experience in driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in‑house creative team
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered creative tools and automation platforms
• Portfolio showcasing successful AI‑enhanced creative campaigns

• Experience working with global cross‑functional teams
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling creative solutions
