Operations Manager

Ready to lead operations and drive real performance improvements? We're looking for a Production & Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of our client's new manufacturing site in a highly regulated, quality-driven environment.

In this role, you'll oversee daily production and warehouse operations, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, and operational excellence. You'll track KPIs, optimise capacity, and lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Lead and develop a high-performing operations team

Drive continuous improvement across production and warehouse processes

Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and quality systems are maintained

Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain

Support new equipment and system start-ups
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager with experience in automated manufacturing and warehouse environments, knowledge of GMP and Lean methodologies, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Dutch and English communication skills are essential/
