Material Planner

As Material Planner, you will have the responsibility of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) process, ensuring materials availability to support the production schedule at the optimal inventory investment and cost for the production site.
Responsibilities:
Managing MRP process as well as facilitating/driving issue resolution
Participating in huddle meetings and ensuring alignment with the global standards and best practices
Represent MRP during planning routines (S&OP and S&OE)
Accountable for Case Fill Rate and Inventory KPI’s within the site(s)
Proactively communicating potential issues with the cross functional Supply Chain stakeholders – while leading issue resolution
Conducting monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s and identify/drive corrective actions
Leading capability and both long and short-term capacity assessments on supporting demand changes
Establishing good relationships with suppliers
Updating and maintaining KPIs dashboard and supplier’s scorecard
Experience you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in Supply Chain fields
Fluent level of English is a must, Dutch is a plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)
Experience using SAP is a plus
