We are seeking an analytical, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven  Supply Chain Specialist  to strengthen our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end‑to‑end supply chain processes, maintaining supplier performance, optimizing inventory flow, and supporting cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities   Manage full cycle of purchase orders—including creation, tracking, follow‑up, and closure.
Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, production status, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels, safety stock, lead times, and demand forecasts.
Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, transportation planning, and warehouse operations.
Resolve supply issues, delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or shortages through root‑cause analysis.
Prepare regular reports on supplier KPIs, material availability, delivery performance, and cost variances.
Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems and support supply chain audits and compliance standards.
Requirement   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in a supply chain specialist, procurement, or logistics coordination role. Experience working with international suppliers is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
Familiarity with Incoterms, customs documentation, and international trade processes.
Understanding of supply chain KPIs (OTD, MOQ, lead time performance, service levels).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement mindset.
Exceptional communication skills for supplier and cross‑department coordination.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Residence in the Netherlands (or legal right to work and reside in the Netherlands).
