This role is ideal for someone who thrives in  dynamic environments , enjoys  cross-functional collaboration , and has the operational mindset to turn complexity into clarity.
About FUL Food  At FUL Foods, we are building the  next generation of sustainable food ingredients  powered by microalgae. Our mission is to transform how the world eats — by creating high-performance, natural ingredients that are better for people and the planet.

If you’re excited by science-driven innovation, tangible impact, and building a more sustainable food system, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing  As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end supply chain operations — from sourcing raw ingredients to delivering finished goods — while ensuring top-tier quality across all processes.
Manage the operations across the full supply chain lifecycle :
Procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
Optimize logistics and transportation processes  to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries across markets.
Oversee ERP and SCM systems  to enable operational efficiency and real-time data insights.
Manage inventory levels  of raw materials and finished goods to balance availability and cost.
Coordinate cross-functionally  with Product Development, Finance and Sales teams to support new product launches.
Procurement and vendor management :
Ensure cost effective and timely procurement, supplier compliance, and continuous raw material availability per the production plans.
Drive continuous improvement  in KPIs: service, cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, through automation, data analysis, live tracking and reporting.
Support global expansion  by adapting operations to evolving supply chain demands and market regulations.
Who You Are  You’re a hands-on supply chain professional with a strategic mindset. You love building smart and efficient processes, solving logistical puzzles, and ensuring every product that reaches a customer is of impeccable quality.
3–7+ years of experience in  supply chain management , preferably in  CPG  or  food production .
Strong background in  transportation logistics, procurement, order management  and  inventory control .
Hands-on experience with  ERP and supply chain software  (IMS, WMS, etc.).
Exposure to  vendor management, production plan execution  and  customer service .
Go-getter with exceptional  organizational skills  with the ability to  manage multiple priorities  in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communicator and  collaborator  who thrives in  cross-functional teams  to enhance overall business success.
Comfortable working flexible hours to align with the US market.
Able to join with minimal notice period.
