Een investeringsbedrijf in Amsterdam zoekt een Senior Legal Counsel. In deze rol bied je juridische ondersteuning bij venture capital transacties en ontwikkel je templates voor een nieuwe Structured Finance afdeling. Je hebt minimaal 7-8 jaar ervaring in de commerciële advocatuur en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Bij ons krijg je een salaris tussen €6.000 en €9.000 per maand, flexibele werktijden en volop mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
