As a Technical Troubleshooter
, you are the face of our company in the Netherlands. You ensure that our products, like the Bringme Box, Bell, Desk, and Key, work optimally every day for more than 200,000 satisfied customers. Whether it’s installation, maintenance, or solving technical issues, you always provide the right solution with a smile. With your expertise, you ensure our systems function to their full potential and remain at peak performance.

• Installation and maintenance:
  You ensure our systems are installed correctly and perform preventive maintenance to guarantee perfect operation.
• Problem-solving:
  In case of technical malfunctions, you quickly and effectively provide the right solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Traveling:
  You visit customers on-site, both businesses and individuals, and ensure a professional and positive experience every time.
• Advising:
  You communicate clearly with customers, provide advice on using our products, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Quality control:
  You conduct periodic inspections and maintenance to ensure our products consistently perform at their best.

• You have completed a technical education or have extensive hands‑on experience in a similar role.
• Experience in electromechanics and/or access control systems is a plus!
• You have technical insight and combine it with a hands‑on mentality.
• You are solution‑oriented and see every challenge as an opportunity to excel.
• A laptop and a screwdriver? You’re equally skilled with both.
• Customer focus and clear communication come naturally to you.
• You have a Category B driving license and are flexible when it comes to traveling to various locations.
