Position: Customer Journey Expert Getting Paid – Retail Payments

Customer Journey Expert Getting Paid – Retail Payments

It is an interesting time to work in payments! The Payments industry is evolving quickly with many new players entering the market. Payments are mission‑critical moments for businesses and customers. If you want to work on products that literally move money at scale
, under real‑world constraints, this is your role.

We are looking for 5 digital product leaders who understand customers, markets, and value creation- and who use technology as a means not a goal. You take full ownership of a journey, from discovery to live, including commercial performance (P&L). You connect customer insights, data, tech, external partners, and internal stakeholders to simplify complex payment flows and build future‑proof and scale solutions internationally to deliver real customer and business value.

Your

challenge

You own a payment journey (or a critical part of it) from discovery to live
. You are accountable for the product vision, roadmap and prioritisation, and act as the primary decision‑maker on what we build and why
. You balance customer value, business impact, feasibility, and risk, and translate insights into clear product choices—without losing speed or pragmatism. This is not an IT or engineering role.

Along the way, you simplify complexity, make trade‑offs explicit and raise the bar on product craft and stakeholder collaboration. You contribute to the broader Payments strategy, working across teams and geographies to ensure your solutions fit into a coherent, reusable payments landscape.

We are currently recruiting talents for our Getting Paid team, who provide a one‑stop‑shop for all digital payment acquiring solutions for businesses of any size.
