As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Solution Architect, you will be the functional SME on our implementation projects. You guide the project team, including the customer, to a successful implementation of our solution(s) empowerd by Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, Customer Engagement, the Power Platform, Azure & AI. During our projects you will work with a team of project management specialists, Finance and Supply Chain consultants, Customer Engagement consultants, technical specialists, developers and isv partners.

As a Solution Architect you will oversee the total solutions that we implement. From reviewing the customers business operation, providing solid analysis, assessing the current and to be architecture of the total solution, and advising on the right implementation approach is something you get truly energized from.

• Lead as functional SME the implementation project, ensuring fit for purpose value-added solutions for our clients.
• Design and implement our solutions empowered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, Customer Engagement, the Power Platform & Copilot.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, partners and end-users to translate business requirements into functionality and/or system architectures.
• Provide strategic guidance on gap analysis, best practices, emerging trends, ERP as a system of action and AI infused technology advancements.
• Mentor consultants and developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in Pre-Sales and work with Project Management to formulate implementation plans, risks and mitigation strategies, and timeline requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as Solution Architect.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with several end-to-end F&SCM implementations, including a wider solution scope e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and ISV’s.
• Solid knowledge or background in Finance and/or SCM.
• Demonstrate leadership in collaboration, oversee the bigger picture, and drive improvements.
• Minimum advanced communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including:
  Azure, Dynamics 365- and Power Platform, Copilot, Succes by Design, Life Cycle Services and best practices (guidance).
