• Develop and optimise low level kernels and runtime components for AI inference
• Improve performance of inference engines across GPU platforms
• Profile and debug system level and hardware level performance issues
• Integrate and optimise support for new GPU architectures including Hopper, Blackwell, and future generations
• Collaborate closely with machine learning and backend teams to optimise end to end execution paths

• Strong C++ skills or deep experience in GPU programming with a focus on low level performance and memory management
• Experience with GPU programming or systems level software development such as operating system internals, kernel modules, or device drivers
• Hands on experience profiling and debugging CPU and GPU performance issues and optimising code based on findings
• Strong understanding of CPU and GPU architecture and memory hierarchies

• Experience with GPU computing frameworks such as CUDA, ROCm, CUTLASS, Triton, Pallas, or similar
• Familiarity with ML inference runtimes such as Tensor
  
  RT or TVM
• Knowledge of Linux internals, drivers, or compiler tool chains
• Experience with profiling tools such as perf, VTune, Nsight, or ROCm profiler
• Familiarity with modern inference engines such as vLLM, sglang, or TGI
