Quality Manager - OT Cybersecurity ()
As a Quality Manager - OT Cybersecurity, You Will:
- Lead and oversee quality control and quality assurance activities across Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity initiatives.
- Perform and manage quality control assignments aligned with EU standards and best practices, ensuring consistent compliance and delivery excellence.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance frameworks for OT cybersecurity and data protection activities.
- Conduct quality reviews, audits, and assessments of cybersecurity processes, deliverables, and controls.
- Ensure data protection requirements are embedded throughout cybersecurity lifecycle activities.
- Provide technical and quality leadership to junior OT quality controllers, ensuring adherence to defined standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, governance, and compliance stakeholders to ensure quality objectives align with regulatory and operational needs.
- Produce and maintain quality documentation, reports, and corrective action plans.
- 8–10 years of overall experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on OT environments.
- Minimum 7 years of senior-level experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
- Proven background in quality control assignments pursuant to EU cybersecurity and data protection standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in data protection with quality assurance as a core competency.
- Experience guiding or overseeing junior OT quality controllers and contributing to team capability development.
- University degree in Cybersecurity or a closely related field.
- Translate regulatory and quality requirements into actionable OT cybersecurity quality controls.
- Design and execute quality assurance strategies that support compliance, risk reduction, and operational resilience.
- Identify quality gaps, risks, and non-conformities and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure consistent application of EU-aligned cybersecurity and data protection standards.
- Provide quality leadership and mentoring across mixed seniority teams.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset across cybersecurity quality processes.
- A role with strategic ownership of OT cybersecurity quality management.
- Exposure to EU-standard-aligned cybersecurity and data protection frameworks.
