• People: You are a team-builder and problem-solver. You stay updated on new products and technologies.
• Processes: You know how to use Salesforce to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client’s unique challenges.
• Technology: You are familiar with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe and Dev Ops, and of course, you have strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
• Data: In this capability we share knowledge, build up experience and improve skills in the area of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce, all Industry products or nCino.

You will be part of the Salesforce Business Group within Accenture Technology. Our group consists of highly motivated colleagues with diverse backgrounds. From consultants to developers, managers to architects, we form diverse client teams to create value and deliver on projects. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience.
• Experience with and a certification in one or more Salesforce capabilities, like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and/or any of the Salesforce Industry Clouds.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business value.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with (global) complex change initiatives while managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to bring the change story both internally and externally.
• Experienced and certified in Salesforce Agentforce, Consumer Goods Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
