As a PEGA Lead System Architect, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex PEGA-based solutions.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on PEGA expertise.
• Proven experience working across multiple teams in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of PEGA Platform architecture and capabilities.
• Strong understanding of PEGA Constellation framework.
• Experience guiding customers on PEGA landscape and solution strategy.
• Solid experience in large-scale PEGA implementations.

• Architect scalable and high-performing PEGA solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams on PEGA best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical design.
• Troubleshoot architectural and performance challenges.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive design reviews and governance discussions.
