Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Location: Hybrid – Regular presence split between Amsterdam and Düsseldorf (approx. 50/50 balance, 4 days/week from an office)
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our Core Tech Team and deliver high‑quality IT support across several European locations. This role is hands‑on, user‑facing and requires strong communication, technical expertise, and the ability to provide consistent onsite support in both Amsterdam and Düsseldorf
.
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees and senior stakeholders
- Deliver reliable, discreet, and professional face‑to‑face support in office spaces and meeting rooms
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage IT incidents, equipment, and documentation
- Support onboarding, induction training and user education
- Oversee IT hardware, applications, asset inventory, and licenses
- Collaborate with technology partners and internal teams
- Support live events, town halls, and hybrid meetings
- Assist in implementing, testing, and documenting applications and cloud services
- Contribute to ongoing improvement and adoption of new technologies

- 5+ years of IT Support experience (Senior level preferred)
- Strong expertise in Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft cloud services (Teams, SharePoint, Entra , Exchange Online)
- Understanding of hardware, networking basics, and security principles
- Proactive, customer‑focused, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
