As an OT/IoT Security Process Expert, you will:

• Lead and support cybersecurity process initiatives related to Operational Technology (OT) and IoT environments.
• Ensure implementation and alignment of OT/IoT security standards and best practices.
• Assess, improve, and govern cybersecurity processes within industrial and connected device ecosystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and operational teams to strengthen OT/IoT risk posture.
• Support compliance, governance, and security assurance activities in complex technical environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity frameworks and operational procedures.

• 8–10 years of overall professional experience, with strong exposure to OT/IoT cybersecurity domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience in Operational Technology (OT) and/or IoT security frameworks and governance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks in industrial and connected environments.
• Experience working in process-oriented and compliance-driven environments.

• Translate cybersecurity requirements into structured, practical operational processes.
• Identify security gaps within OT/IoT infrastructures and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Drive governance and risk management initiatives in industrial security contexts.
• Work independently in a highly regulated and security-sensitive environment.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
