Purpose of this Internship

The primary purpose of this IT Analyst internship is to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and seamless operation of our internal business systems. As we transition to a fully internal IT model, you will play a vital role in maintaining our technical infrastructure, providing hands-on support, and ensuring that our systems are optimized to support our global e-bike operations.

• System Optimization & Cleanup:
  Leading the hands-on effort to clean and audit Net Suite data, ensuring financial and operational records are accurate and actionable.
• Internal IT Support:
  Serving as the primary point of contact, alongside IT lead, for internal technical tasks and troubleshooting, filling the gap left by external support to keep the team productive.
• Operational Continuity:
  Identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and implementing technical solutions to make daily operations run more smoothly.
• Infrastructure Maintenance:
  Assisting with the management of hardware, software licenses, and system permissions to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to see the "engine room" of a data-driven e-bike company. You will gain a valuable perspective on how IT operations directly drive business strategy, learning links to reporting and provide high-level support in a fast-paced, B2B-focused environment.

• You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Information Technology, IT Finance or a related field.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player with interpersonal skills that gives you the ability to connect with internal and external teams
• Driven by curiosity with a strong desire to continuously learn
• Strong problem-solving

• Have the legal right to work in the EU
• 3 days in a week in office (Hybrid working)
