You’ll work with the sharpest data professionals in Europe, people who are not only technically brilliant but also generous with their knowledge. You’ll train professionals from top international companies such as Uber, Intel, Nike, Booking, Lego, Blizzard, Airbus, Adidas, Verizon, Credit Suisse, ING, KLM, Shell, and many more. Your teachings make a difference for the millions who rely on the data products created by these companies!

You’ll design and deliver hands-on trainings across the full Data & AI spectrum, including SQL and Python, applying business use cases in AI to create value, and generative AI. Your strength lies in making complex topics clear and practical, and you’ll apply it to guide learners through large-scale data processing and/or machine learning. It's a big plus if you know your way around tools for data and AI, such as Apache Spark, Google Cloud Platform, and dbt.

You’ll work with learners from diverse backgrounds, including engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders. You’ll teach an average 6 to 12 days per month, leading both in-person and virtual sessions
, and continuously develop your own skills through collaboration with our internal community. You’ll contribute to shaping how we educate and deliver training across Xebia Academy
, experimenting with new ideas, improving content, format, and learning experiences, and keeping our Xebia Academy relevant in a fast-moving field.

We understand that practical experience is crucial for effective knowledge sharing, especially on technical topics. That’s why we provide opportunities to work on technical projects once you’ve settled into your role.

You bring solid practical experience across data and AI topics - such as SQL and Python, data warehousing, data science, and analytics translation - and you’re comfortable working with large-scale data processing and machine learning tools like Apache Spark, Databricks, and modern MLOps practices in the major cloud providers. You don’t need to know everything, but technical hands-on experience is a must.

You’re curious, adaptable and eager to keep learning!

If you have experience teaching or training, that’s a bonus! What really matters is your passion for making complex topics easy to grasp. You like to work independently, but you also know how to collaborate with both our internal team and external technical partners.
