We're looking for a GTM Systems Associate to join our Central Operations team as the technical owner of the operational technology stack and analytics capabilities that power our Sales, Customer Success, Support, & Marketing teams across multiple countries. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a fast-growing hospitality tech company operationalizes its go-to-market systems and leverages data to drive decisions.
In this role, you'll own platforms like Hub Spot, Intercom, Vitally, & Customer.io, ensuring they're configured optimally, workflows are automated efficiently, & teams can execute without friction. You'll also build operational dashboards and support data modeling efforts that translate system data into actionable insights.
We're seeking someone who combines technical configuration skills with analytical thinking, thrives in translating business requirements into system solutions & data insights, & gets energized by making teams more efficient. You'll have the autonomy to shape how these systems evolve while having a direct impact on how Tebi serves thousands of hospitality businesses across Europe & beyond.
What You'll DoSystem Configuration & Optimization
- Own the configuration & administration of core operational platforms including Hub Spot (Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub), Intercom, Vitally, Customer.io, & other SaaS tools
- Design & build workflows that optimise team performance, ensure data consistency, & enable teams to scale efficiently across multiple countries
- Optimize platform configurations based on business needs, identifying opportunities for consolidation, automation, & improved user experience
- Establish & maintain system documentation including configuration standards, workflow logic, & user guides for operational teams
Operational Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain operational dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Metabase) that help teams track performance and identify opportunities
- Support the development of data models in Dataform/Big Query that power reporting across Sales, Success, Support, & Marketing
- Write and optimize SQL queries to answer ad-hoc business questions and support strategic initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their decision-making needs & create visualizations that drive action, not just display data
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, operations, or analytics roles focused on SaaS platform configuration, workflow automation, and/or business intelligence
- Deep hands‑on experience with Hub Spot including workflow builder, custom properties, reporting, & API integrations (Hub Spot certifications preferred)
- Experience with customer engagement platforms like Intercom, Customer.io, Vitally, or similar tools for messaging & lifecycle management
- Intermediate‑to‑advanced SQL proficiency (joins, window functions, CTEs) and familiarity with SQL‑based transformation tools (e.g., dbt, Dataform)
Business & Operational Skills
- Process thinking with ability to map current‑state workflows, identify inefficiencies, & design future‑state solutions
- Experience supporting go‑to‑market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Support) with understanding of their operational workflows
