Infor M3 Technical Consultant

As an Infor M3 Technical Consultant, you will:

• Develop, modify, and retrofit customizations within the MAK/M3 environment using standard M3 programs.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations for both on-premise and cloud environments using MEC, ION, Infor Xtend, and standard APIs for inbound and outbound integrations.
• Perform data migration activities, ensuring data integrity across master data, historical data, and open transactions within M3 databases.
• Modify and develop reporting outputs using Infor Stream Serve/Exstream, including spool file creation and customization.
• Assess and analyze existing technical landscapes and system environments to support optimization and transformation initiatives.
• Perform technical testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) across Development (DEV), Testing (TST), and Production (PRD) environments.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with functional teams during build and testing phases.
• Handle new technical requirements, report enhancements, and system customizations.
• Support data purging activities and maintain system performance and data quality standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and status reporting to Project Managers and Delivery Managers.

• 8–10 years of experience working with Infor M3 ERP technical environments.
• Strong expertise in MAK environment architecture, including Grid, Server View, and Subsystems.
• Proven experience in MAK programming and customization using standard M3 programs.
• Knowledge of different types of system fixes, including HFix, TFix, and VFix.
• Hands‑on experience developing Interactive, Batch, MI, and Print programs.
• Strong knowledge of M3 databases, SQL queries, field groups, data structures, and function key handling.
• Experience with integrations using MEC, ION, and standard APIs.
• Practical experience with Stream Serve/Exstream reporting solutions.
• Experience working with cloud integrations via Infor Xtend.
• Hands‑on experience in data migration for both on-premise and cloud versions of M3 applications.
• Participation in at least 1–2 ERP M3 implementation or upgrade projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the M3 ecosystem.
• Manage and deliver complex technical customization and integration solutions.
• Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and business users.
• Execute testing strategies, including SIT and UAT support.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and system performance.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes within project timelines.
