We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Amsterdam.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed account plans for customers;
- Collect user feedback, review successful programs, and analyze customer data to identify best practices;
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to provide optimal support and guide them toward achieving their goals;
- Analyze data from feedback reports and surveys to enhance the overall user experience;
- Organize work sessions that contribute to customer success;
- Monitor, manage, and resolve issues within your customer portfolio;
- Conduct surveys on issue resolution, including timing and user satisfaction with the handling of their requests;
- Drive New Business growth through active customer advocacy and promotion;
- Troubleshoot issues related to IT products or services: clarify user complaints, identify root causes, and determine the right approach;
- Select and implement the best solutions in collaboration with IT teams, ensure follow up, and confirm full resolution.
- Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or economic field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
- EU citizenship or valid permit to work in the Netherlands.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Well organized, resilient under pressure, and deadline oriented.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non technical audiences.
